Maryland requires a motorcycle driver to pay for any damages they cause if they’re found liable in a motorcycle accident. Minimum mandatory coverage per accident is $30,000 per person, $60,000 per occurrence and $25,000 for property damage. Although these minimum limits are considerably higher than many other states, they’re still not sufficient coverage. A collision at 30 mph on a motorcycle can hospitalize a person for weeks, and if there’s a passenger, that’s double trouble, whether the wreck is your fault or not.
We’re Maryland independent insurance agents, and a big part of our job is making sure that your motorcycle insurance coverage is suited and sufficient for you. You could be obeying every traffic law in Maryland, but some people just disregard them. If an uninsured driver crashes into you, you’re not covered with your minimum liability insurance. It’s our job as your unbiased independent agents to provide you with a range of coverage and quote options that many agents just aren’t able to give you. By doing that, we’re giving you choices customized to fit you and your motorcycle.
We’re members of your community. We live and work with you. Our good business reputations are based on the objective and sound insurance advice that we give our clients. Rather than offering only one motorcycle policy as your only choice, we offer many different policies with a variety of coverage choices. You don’t get those options from just any insurance agent. You’ll get them from us though.
When you’re shopping around for motorcycle insurance again, call us. Even if you just want an objective evaluation of your coverage, we’re pleased to make time for you. We’ll be happy to get to know you, and you’ll be happy that you made the call.
